Forgiveness is perhaps the most misunderstood word in our vocabulary.

This 1-hour course provides new understanding of what forgiveness is and what it isn't. You will learn a process of forgiveness which helps you detach from resentment that causes you anguish. You will receive a workbook for ongoing use and to help others.
